What is HGH?
Human growth hormone is known as the Master Hormone or the "Hormone of Youth". It controls the release of many other hormones in the body and is made by the pituitary gland in the center of the brain. During childhood, HGH directs the growth of the body. In adults, HGH begins to decline steeply with age. This decline is associated with many of the effects of aging. Hundreds of studies have been done on the use of HGH in adults. It has been found to raise energy levels, enhance lean muscle, decrease body fat, strengthen the heart, improve cholesterol, fortify bones, smooth out wrinkles, sharpen memory, improve sexual function, regenerate damaged tissues, boost the immune system, and improve sleep.
Any adult over 30 who is experiencing the effects of aging and who wants to look and feel younger by reversing the aging process of their body. It is not recommended for persons with health conditions, people taking prescription medicines, for people who currently have or have had cancer in the past, or for pregnant or lactating women. Raising one’s HGH levels has been proven to reverse the changes in body fat, muscle mass, and bone density that take place during the years of aging.

Dr. Daniel Rudman, an endocrinologist from Madison, Wisconsin, conducted one study that fueled this trend. Believing the symptoms of aging could be reversed – even stopped – with hGH replacement treatments, Dr. Rudman, studied World War II veterans between the ages of 61 and 80 who had experienced signigicant changes in body composition. Beyond being over weight, these men shared one other characteristic: They also had significantly low levels of growth hormone and serum IGF-1.
Although Dr. Rudman’s study group did not change their diet, exercise or smoking habits, the men who were given hGH gained an average of 8.8% in lean muscle mass, while losing 14% of their body fat. They experienced a localized increase in bone density and their skin became thicker and firmer. In addition, they all enjoyed more energy, stamina and, sometimes, sex drive. According to Dr. Rudman, the subjects in this study “reversed the parameters of aging by 10 to 20 years.”
