1. PRESSURE VESSEL: Six Years
WHOLLY WATER ® The Ultimate Drinking Water Appliance is designed to meet or exceed the Safe Drinking Water Act standard for municipal water supply. Not designed to be used on unpotable or microbiologically unsafe water. Some well water will need a lab analysis to determine proper treatment. Please email or call 1-800-76-WATER for expert advice. Life Streams International Mfg. Co. guarantees to the original consumer/buyer that the pressure vessel will not leak or corrode in the original installation, provided that the unit is properly installed in accordance with the manufacturer's printed instructions enclosed with each unit sold. This does not cover units subjected to abuse, water pressure over 60 psi, or temperatures over 100 degrees F. (38 degrees C).

For the under counter WHOLLY WATER® The Ultimate Drinking Water Appliance, a pressure regulator is already supplied with each unit and must remain with the unit to keep the water pressure at about 40 psi. The preset factory settings (40 psi) on the pressure regulator must be unaltered. If this supplied pressure regulator is removed or settings changed, the warranty is void, and we are not responsible for any damages to the "Appliance" and/or other damages caused by water leakage. LSI has a low cost leak alarm available that will alert you to any leak from ANY source under your sink.

Please note that on a municipal water supply, water pressure may go up very high at night.
For example, even though your water pressure is 50 psi during day, it can exceed 135 psi at night when people aren't using a lot of water. Some municipal systems are prone to water hammer when pressure spikes go very high. Failure to install regulator with Appliance will void warranty and may adversely affect performance of Appliance. In fact, it is recommended that you have your plumber install a pressure regulator on plumbing system for your whole house to protect your plumbing.
2. OVERALL UNIT PERFORMANCE WARRANTY: Six Years
a) Year One: UNLIMITED WARRANTY
If the unit fails to "filter" and/or "purify" municipally supplied tap water and or potable well or spring water of similar quality, according to the unit's stated performance claims under NSF 42 and NSF 53 testing protocols, Life Streams International Mfg. Co. or its authorized local dealer will replace the unit at no charge to the original purchaser. Not designed to be used on unpotable or microbiologically unsafe water. One-year warranty includes all accessories. Shipping costs for replacement fittings for top of Appliance are not covered under warranty at any time. Shipping will be via FedEx to ensure insurance & tracking.
b) Years Two through Six: LIMITED WARRANTY
If during this five-year period, the unit falls short of its performance claims as stated above in paragraph 2(a), the unit will be replaced by Life Streams International Mfg. Co. or its authorized local dealer on a pro-rata basis at the current rate per month usage. The pro-rating also includes the first 12 months (Year one) usage. If a repair can be made, you will be charged for cost of repair only, if it is less than usage charge. Applies to WHOLLY WATER ® Appliance only and not to accessories.
c) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is Life Streams International Mfg. Co., their employees, agents, contactors, and affiliates liable for any costs greater than the original owner's purchase price. Also not covered are Acts of God - fire, storms, flooding, etc. This Warranty only applies to original owner when properly installed on a residential application and water pressure at no time exceeds 60 psi (pressure per square inch). LSI has a low cost leak alarm available that will alert you to any leak from ANY source under your sink. Please read "Leaks Disclaimer".
3. GENERAL PROVISIONS/RETURN POLICY
Any Appliance returned to Life Streams International Mfg. Co. under this unlimited ot limited product offer must be either returned to a local authorized dealer, or service center nearest you or shipped prepaid to Life Streams International Mfg. Co. at 5203 Moore Road, Westmoreland, NY 13490. Please enclose $25 (lower 48 US States only). Outside of USA, please contact us for cost & payment for return shipping. Product will be repaired or replaced subject to the first 12 months free. Months 13 through 72 (year 2 - 6), the current rate per month usage will be charged, and a new unit will be shipped. If a repair can be made, you will be charged for cost of repair only, if it is less than usage charge. Our Company goal is to have local dealers who can give prompt service.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This warranty only covers the original purchaser and installation. The product warranty application enclosed herewith must be filled out and returned to Life Streams International Mfg. Co. with a copy of receipt of purchase within 30 days, or it will be void. Under no circumstances, will Life Streams International Mfg. Co. assume any responsibility or liability for physical damages or losses resulting from improper installation, misuse of this product, or acts of nature beyond Company's control. LSI has a low cost leak alarm available that will alert you to any leak from ANY source under your sink. Please read "Leaks Disclaimer".

Warranty: Whole House Systems and Water Softeners
All sales are final.

WHOLLY WATER ® Whole House Systems are designed to meet or exceed the Safe Drinking Water Act standard for municipal water supply. Some well water will need a lab analysis to determine proper treatment. Please email or call 1-800-76-WATER for expert advice.
Warranties are as follows:
Automatic Control Valves - 5 years for defects
Media Tanks - 5 years for leakage
Brine Tanks - 5 years for leakage
Feed Pumps - 1 year for defects
The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other express and implied warranties
(except of title) including, but limited to, implied warranties of merchant’s ability and fitness
for a particular purpose.
The manufacturer will not be subject to and disclaims:
(1) Any other obligations or liabilities arising out of breach of contract or of warranty.
(2) Any obligation whatsoever arising from tort claims (including negligence and strict liability)
or arising under other theories of law with respect to products sold or services rendered by
the manufacturer or any undertakings, acts, or omissions relating thereto.
(3) All consequential or incidental and contingent damages.
(4) Warranty does not cover labor or installation charges.
(5) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is Life Streams International Mfg. Co., their employees, agents, contactors, and affiliates, liable for any costs greater than the original owner's purchase price. Also not covered are Acts of God - fire, storms, flooding, etc. This Warranty only applies to original owner when properly installed on a residential application and water pressure at no time exceeds 75 psi (pressure per square inch).

6) A. LSI warrants to Customer/Distributor that all Water System Products sold to Customer/Distributor will, at the time of placement with a carrier for shipment, shall be free of defects in material and its workmanship will conform to LSI's published and generally distributed specifications for the Product. The Customer/Distributor’s sole remedy about defective Product and LSI's sole liability under the warranty in this Paragraph shall be for LSI to repair or replace the defective Product, at its option. The warranty in this Paragraph does not apply to defects caused by the negligence or intentional misconduct of Customer/Distributor or anyone acting on Customer/Distributor’s behalf, who damages Product in transit or defects occurring after risk of loss has passed to Customer/Distributor. Any product returned for a defect must be reported to LSI for a "Return Authorization."

B. Distributor has no authority to, and shall not, offer or extend or purport to offer or extend any warranty or other covenants or agreements to its customers beyond the warranty of the product on behalf of LSI, and LSI shall not have any responsibility to any of Distributor’s customers for any matter, including the warranty set forth in Para A, without LSI’s "Return Authorization."

C. Except as expressly provided in Para A, LSI does not make and hereby disclaim all express or implied representations of the Product not represented in LSI's published and copyrighted literature including any implied warranties or guarantees of merchantability.
For Whole House WHOLLY WATER® Purification System ONLY:
There is a *5-year pro-rated use charge on contaminant removal performance, provided the system is used within specified use parameters.
* Water quality limitations apply - use on certain water parameters will void this pro-rated warranty. For example, certain conditions require Chlorine Pre-Treatment for unpotable water (micro-organisms in water), iron or sulfur bacteria, tannins, mold, mildews and algae, etc. Also needed for high levels of iron, sulfur, manganese, tannins, etc.
MAGNETIZER® Products:
Water Pipe, fuel/oil line (clamp-on type)and engine magnetizers all have a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. Units must be used for 90 days in order to have time to clean lines, etc. and stabilize conditions. Then if not satisfied, return them within the next 30 days (after 90-day period) for a refund. Refunds do not include S&H, credit card or banking fee on each transaction. There will be a 25% restocking fee if you do not actually use Magnetizers for 90 days as you must give them a chance to work. Product must be in a "like new" condition.
Please note: MAGNETIZER® health product line, eg. Flav-O-Rings, BioMagnets, Water Jar Energizers, books, MSO (stabilized oxygen), HGH, Circulation Enzymes, Wellness Kits, and Pain Relief Kits do not have a satisfaction guarantee and are not returnable.
WARRANTY: All MAGNETIZER® magnetic products have a lifetime power warranty. Should they lose the magnetic power, they will be replaced FREE. Customer bears all shipping costs for replacement.

A. LSI & MAGNETIZER warrants to Customer/Distributor that all MAGNETIZER® Products sold to Customer/Distributor will, at the time of placement with a carrier for shipment, shall be free of defects in material and its workmanship will conform to LSI & MAGNETIZER's published and generally distributed specifications for the Product. Distributor has no authority to, and shall not, offer or extend or purport to offer or extend any warranty or other covenants or agreements to its customers beyond the lifetime power-warranty of the product on behalf of LSI & MAGNETIZER®, and LSI & MAGNETIZER® shall not have any responsibility to any of Distributor’s customers for any matter, including the warranty set forth in Para A, without LSI or MAGNETIZER’s "Return Authorization."

C. Except as expressly provided in Para A, LSI & MAGNETIZER® do not make and hereby disclaim all express or implied representations of the Product not represented in LSI or MAGNETIZER’S published and copy-writed literature including any implied warranties or guarantees of merchantability.

Shipping
LSI reserves the right to limit quantities ordered and to cancel or reject orders.
Shipping Charges are based on the method of shipping and weight, size of package, and destination.
Additional fees are charged for expedited shipping. A "Return Receipt" may be required for new customers or for those who have not established a credit history with LSI.

Refused Deliveries: Shipping carrier refused deliveries will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Common Carrier refused deliveries will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus freight charges both ways.

Order Arrival Time: Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it is shipped from the LSI Factory.
In-stock items: Shipping times vary from 3 to 10 business days depending on the proximity of your shipping address to our Factory. (U.S. destinations only)
Non-stock special order items or backordered items may take longer to be shipped to you
(approx. 3 to 6 weeks for delivery) depending upon manufacturer and specific item. Will be shipped as soon as possible.
Tracking of Orders: If we have your email address available, we will send you the tracking number(s).
Special Orders: Special orders for non-stock or specialty items must be in writing and include all necessary information including, but not limited to, manufacturers name and part number. All non-stock special order sales are final and cannot be returned. Special orders may take 3 to 6 weeks for delivery depending upon manufacturer and specific item.
For Damaged or Lost Shipments: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
All packages are insured through our shipping carrier and/or other third party insurance agency. Life Streams International Mfg. Co. store does not hold any responsibilities for any lost and damage packages due to the fact they are all covered by insurance agencies.
Customer is required to give notice within 24 hours after the package’s arrival if package is damaged. Life Streams International Mfg. Co. will notify insurance agency within few hours and following with investigation.
Once your order is submitted to us, we cannot change or cancel an order until your merchandise is received by you. All returns of merchandise are subject to LSI return policy, under Returns/Cancellations.
For lost packages, customer/purchaser nor Life Streams International Mfg. Co. is responsible. We will make application to shipping carrier or other third party insurance agency to take full coverage against lost or damaged package. However, until a decision is made, Life Streams International Mfg. Co. cannot issue anything. Claims may take up to 7 business days.

Disclaimer - Leaks
Life Streams International Mfg. Co. (LSI), IS NOT LIABLE
for any and all damage to any property or dwelling or any expense caused by or related to a leak in our water systems or any products supplied by LSI.
Warning - Many insurance providers have recently modified their homeowner's coverage policy as they relate to leaks associated with a water treatment system and will not provide coverage in the event of a leak. Please be certain to protect from freezing. While our water systems have been engineered to the highest standards, as with any water system, there is a risk of flood related damage, and you are hereby notified that you are assuming all risk associated with any such damage. It is strongly recommended that you install an automatic leak alarm and shut off valve (available from LSI). To order a shut off valve call us at 1-951-303-3471. One alarm is included with your Wholly Water System.

Returns Process

For All Returned Merchandise:
Any non-defective merchandise returned to the factory must be issued a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA#). In addition, shipping/handling costs and mailing insurance for return of non-defective merchandise shall be borne by the purchaser. Mailing insurance is required on all returns. Refunds do not include S&H, credit card or banking fee on each transaction. Must be returned in a "like new" & resellable condition. If not, a partial refund will be issued based on their condition. Some items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. A Company Check is issued for the refund. Nonstock special order items are not returnable.

If a free gift was received with that same order, our current Web site cost of the free gift will be deducted from the refund for that product. Free gifts are given with customers' intent of keeping the product.

All water filter-type equipment (except "Wholly Water ® The Ultimate Drinking Water Appliance" ) may not be returned once it is wet and/or in a used condition. See warranty for water filters & softener warranties. Defects are covered under the product warranty.
Wholly Water ® The Ultimate Drinking Water Appliance has a 90-day satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the performance of the "Appliance," you may return it within the 90-day period since purchase date. Please call or email us first for RMA # to put on the package for authorization & identification. Mailing insurance required on all returns. Refunds do not include shipping, credit card or banking fee on each transaction. Adjustments on any refund will be made for any damages caused by negligence of buyer. If "Appliance" or any part of it is defective, we will be glad to replace or repair it under the warranty.

Considerations before buying:

1) The filter measures 19" height, 8" diameter. Make sure it will fit. Otherwise you may need to locate it elsewhere, depending on your home's layout. In this event, you can get the extra fittings to place the filter in your garage or basement, or even the cabinet next to your sink. We may need to discuss your needs to get you the right equipment.

2) The drinking water filter uses it's own dedicated faucet. Normally a pre-existing hole is used. If no hole exists, a whole can be drilled. You may need a special drill bit for ceramic sinks. Ask your plumber. Or, a hole can also be drilled into the countertop, right next to the sink, as in picture.
